 How to make egg biriyani 


Ingredients

Onion
10-12 eggs
Basmati rice 1/5 kg
Yoghurt
Chili powder
Turmuric
Garam massala
Ginger garlic pest 
Lemon 
Barista(fried onions brown)
Cumin powder
Food colour 
Oil
Tamato (optional)
Salt
Onion(julienne shape)


To make Egg Biryani, you will first need 10-12 eggs, 

then after that Basmati Rice, these are the two most important ingredients. 

First of our today's recipe, we will soak the Basmati Rice and keep it for 15-30 minutes,

Marination of eggs

Ans: yes it is right to use curd while making egg biriyani, chicken biryani, mutton biryani

 now we will use the egg. We do marination, first of all take a vessel, now add egg lentils, salt, turmeric, garam masala, cumin powder, coriander powder, ginger garlic pest,oil, lemon juice, curd and mix it, now keep it for 1-2 hours,

 now we will cook the rice.  Till, first of all, we will put the vessel on the gas, now we will put water in it, add salt according to the rice, add oil, and also add lemon juice, you can also add garam masala for flavor,

 now when the water boils well, then soak it  Put the rice and cook it, 

now you have to take the marinated eggs, now put oil in a pan and fry the onion in it until it becomes golden red, 

now add the marinated eggs and cook it

 after some time.  Accordingly, add a little water to it and cook it for 10-15 minutes, now take it off after cooking,

Layering


 now is the time for layering, by now your rice must have been cooked too, 

take it off now.  Put oil around a vessel and add rice, then add the eggs that you just

 made, then now put rice on it and add food color coriander barista and cook it on low flame for 10-15 minutes, your egg biriyani is ready.
