Method: 1. Mix yeast in little water and a pinch of sugar.


2. Sieve flour and knead all ingredients together except salt and fat, for at least 15 minutes. Prepare soft and sticky dough.


3. Cream together fat and salt and mix it with the dough.


4. Keep the dough covered. After 30 minutes punch and turn the dough upside down.


5. Preheat the oven at 220°C 6. Grease a bread tin with fat. Weigh and divide the dough and load the tin with the dough and place the cover.


7. Occasionally open the lid and check level of fermentation. When fully fermented, bake at 220°C in an oven for 30-35 minutes.


8. Remove from the tin immediately. Flour 450 gms Active Dry Yeast 10 gms Sugar 20 gms Salt 10 gms Fat 20 gms Quality
