so let's start and see what ingredients we

will need for this, 

. Salt
. Gram flour(besan)
. Chili powder
. Cumin powered
. Coriander powder
. Sabji massala
. Chicken massala (optional)
. Chaat massala(optional)
. Food colour
. Lemon juice
. Musturd oil
. Turmuric
. Curd


first of all you have to make paneer big.  You have to cut it into cubes or you can also cut it in rectangular shape


now take the paneer in a bowl for marination, now paneer.  Contains Salt, Turmeric, Chili Powder, Chaat Masala (Optional), Vegetable Masala, Chicken


 Masala (Optional), Cumin Powder, Coriander Powder, Garam Masala Powder, Lemon Juice, Ginger Garlic Paste, Food Colour, Mustard Oil,  Add curd, gram flour, mix well, that is, marinate, 
Marinated Paneer look like this


now you do not have tandoor stick, then take a pan, add your marinated paneer one by one and cook it well on all sides,
