Recipe of palak paneer
although spinach cheese is made in two ways,
first
one is by boiling spinach(palak) and second by grinding spinach(palak) ,
but today the method we will make is by grinding spinach(palak) i.e. second one
so Let us take some new crest,
Ingredients
. 3 onion(1/5 cut in long pieces)

. 7-8 chiliy
. Salt(according to you)
. Paneer
. spinach ( palak)
. Garlic(peeling it)
. Palak Paneer masala
. Soyabin(optional)
. Ginger(optional)
. Coriander (optional)
Step-1. first put 3 tablespoons of oil in the pan and leave it to heat.
Step-2.
After the oil is hot, now take the cheese and fry it well and fry it,
Step-3. now take the cheese(paneer) and fry it well and fry it, now take it out in which utensil and keep it.
Preparation of Palak paneer graviy
in such a way that just by cutting onion get 6 parts ,
and cut the tomato in the same way
by breaking the stalk of chilli
And cast the peeling garlic in mixture
and wash the spinach(palak) well After cutting it,
take all these now in the mixer and add salt and spinach(palak) paneer masala to it and grind it finely.
Step-4. Then fry the long chopped onion well, then take the soybean and fry it,
Step-5. now after frying the onion and soybean, take the ground spice and fry it well,
Step-6. after roasting give it the paneer lentils and cook for a while,
Step-7. Then add as much water as you need, and then leave it to cook for 10-15 minutes.
